Children’s Development Center

The Children's Developmental Center (CDC) is a private-nonprofit Developmental Day center, located in Raeford, NC. The CDC serves both children with special needs and typically developing children. Our 5-star rated center operates under the philosophy that children with developmental delays are CHILDREN FIRST, and above and beyond that, they possess certain special needs which require environmental adaptations to allow these children to reach their fullest potential.
